The Valley Crime Investigation Office has arrested three individuals carrying a looted automatic pistol. Those detained are Rasil Joshi (28), Ramchandra Kunwar “David” (19), and Birat Prasad Joshi (31). Police say the weapon was stolen during the September 23–24 demonstrations. A Type 54 pistol and two mobile phones were recovered. The trio has been handed over to the Bhadrakali District Police Office for further investigation.
